1. ORDER PROCESSING



All orders are processed within 1-15 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.


Processing time is separate from shipping time.



2. SHIPPING TIMES NOT GUARANTEED



We do not guarantee delivery dates or transit times. Any shipping timeframes provided at checkout, in confirmation emails, or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we have no control over transit times, delays, rerouting, weather disruptions, carrier backlogs, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.



3. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY



After shipment, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs fees, duties, or international import delays



If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.



4. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.



5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and delays. We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs authorities.



6. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION



Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
